Fuel tank is looking a lot cleaner now its been tidied up :) I think you'll be happy with the exhaust as long as its not the thermal reactor! The one from Aussie says "all tube is 1.6mm thick". Is this not quite thin for a manifold? I'd probably save the extra £60 or so and grab the Racing Beat one aye

And you say 'Replace the Thermal Reactor with a Catalytic Converter'?

We don't have Cats on our FB cars......they're to early for that legislation (1993 here in UK). You mean simple exhaust manifold like racing beat I think.

Yes, I think I wasn't precise enough. So, my plan is the following: I'd like to remove the thermal reactor, and replace it with a simple exhaust manifold (if you have any related guides, it is welcomed, I have a Janspeed and Double S guide both found on this forum). Also, I'd like to add a catalytic converter and maybe a silencer to the system. But first, my first concern is the exhaust manifold, I can't decide which one to choose. That's why I posted before the three options I could figure out.
