Being that this will be the first visit to the RRG, I am not sure of certain admin events:-

a. When does the ticket arrive.
b. If I bring my Son in Law is the passenger covered or can I pay for him on arrival.
c. Do I need a pass for our stand & if so how do I obtain.
d. Will it be nice weather.
e. Will there be any Pit Babes (so I know which sunglasses to bring).

Any sensible answers to the above would be appreciated

b. You pay per person, you can pay on the gate.

you do need a stand pass Pete..... I've requested them from the organisers and they usually land with me about a week or two before the event..... I'll then post them out to members wanting to bring their RX7 along........ anyone coming in a modern car will park in the car park ( adjacent field), rather than on the show field.
The stand pass only allocates a car place on our stand on the show field though..... each visitor needs a day ticket for admission to the event, available online or on the gate.

this event is more popular than ever this year and the show field is already full.... over the next few days, the organisers are going to be contacting clubs to try to confirm how many of their requested stand passes they are actually going to use, with a view to freeing up more space for others still wanting to show their cars.
In view of this, if your name is on the current list, can you please confirm if you can still make it and want a stand pass.
