Looks a really nice car but is the sill caved in on the passenger side ?

Bought this a while ago with the intention of using the running gear in a project but don't have the time
Has roll cage fitted, not sure what it's out of as isn't complete
Engine runs but doesn't have radiator fitted so can't be driven etc
Clutch needs bleeding
Brakes stuck on
