it must have had a lot of work done to it then because the last time I saw it, it was a right heap ..... it looked like it'd been smashed into a wall.....
I took some photos of just how rough it was...

Ta Dibs......Halifax is an RX7 hot spot this week.
And EDF was a drift car in a previous life......Northants.
Yeh, always looked a bit 'scalped' to me.

I remember that FB from the "other" forum. These are quoted from posts in 2012/2013.
The FB spectacularly failed its MOT test last year, needs a bit of welding, so we\'ll be trying to get all the work done over the next couple of months so we can enjoy a bit of the summer. If anybody met us at Rotorstock 2010, then you\'d have known there were 3 of us that owned the car together. Tragically Tom was killed in a motorcycle accident earlier this year, so we\'re going to get the car back on the road as a bit of a memorial.
Well a quick update on this one, after much consideration we have decided to break our FB. The MOT failure list was quite long and we don\'t seem to be getting on too fast with fixing it.
Needed quite a bit of work done to it.
Then in February 2015 another guy posted up saying he now had the car and wanted to fix it.
At the mo there isn't too much to say. A friend of a friend was selling it as it had just sat in a lockup for the last 2 years.
Thought I buy it and get it back up and running ready for the summer if possible.
No doubt it will need ALOT of loving to get it presentable but il give it a go and keep Yall updated with pics etc.
Ahead of me I have a bit of welding, wiring, servicing, restoring etc etc
Had a bit of spare time on Sunday so I decided to get the seats and carpet out and get old Blue started as it has literally been in a leaky old barn.
The front carpets were soaked through. Was expecting a rotten floor but was pleasantly surprised.
After approx an hour of dicking about. Managed to get it started. The stale premix wasn't ideal but seemed to still fire up.
That is as far as it goes

S3 on Gumtree...
Sellers description
Restored & uprated 12A Turbo last of the FB RX7s
I bought a fully restored low milage 1985 RX7 10 odd years ago & have been making it my own & bringing it up to date with better/more modern brakes, suspension & steering.
Had it de-badged & re sprayed with a bonnet vent cut in above the air filter.
It has had central locking & remote alarm fitted.
FC front subframe conversion with steering rack, adjustable coil overs & TII 4pot brakes.
Had an RX Motors 12ATurbo engine conversion with low comp rotors, TII fuel pumps, larger fuel lines, TII ignition, Microtec mappable ECU, water injection, Blitz digital boost controller, custom made exhaust (with removable baffle), big Kenlow fan, fat belt drive for that super charger noise!
New hybrid turbo with 3" intake. New platinum Spark plugs.
LSD.
Made 242bhp at the wheels BEFORE the new turbo went on.
Staggered 16" Rota Grid wheels (6.5" & 8.5" I think). Deep dish on rears.
4 new tyres (Toyo Proxes).
Sound deadening all over (boot, doors, footwells). Big JBL stereo (12" sub, rear components & front coaxes).
Harnesses professionally welded in.
Loads of spares - spare pair of immaculate Rota grids, spare lights, clocks, good turbo (just wanted a bigger turbo).
Springs (new) & shocks. Spare gearbox.
Spare spark plugs, even have a full can of Castrol GTX. Loads more too.
64K miles, not too many owners.
Stored in a heated & de-humidified garage. Fantastic condition.
Try & find another one this good! I stopped counting after I spent £25K on it. That was years ago!
I just don't have the time to enjoy it now. All the hard work is done. Pretty much ready to take to shows (i had planned to paint up the engine but haven't got round to it, thats all it needs really).
Loud/ fast little go kart. Loads of fun!
I can email you pics & videos if anyone is interested or you can come & see it for yourself.
Cheers
