Dave, when you add photobucket images, use the 4th option of code ( the bottom one that has [img]........[/img] at each end of it)
Your pictures will then open up automatically without anyone having to click on the link. I've added the [img] tags to these pictures for you so these pic open up by themselves.

Nice jaunt down to Hayward Rotary today (Doctor Griffin in attendance) to get the SuperPro idler arm bushes installed. Old ones came out as mulch hence a very noticable improvement on the pointy squirty front. Doesn't get blown across four lanes of highway in a crosswind now (which is nice). A laser alignment session is well in order now.

Marc, you will be pleased to know that I have found another bonnet (Doctor Hayward consulting), devoid of dents and tide marks and in the right color. Is on TWiR now so will need a session next time I pass your way. There is also a dent free nose off the same car which may well have my name on it.... So now only a touch in required on the scuttle and the rear spoiler, can probably leave it alone after that.

I'd wait till after you sorted the suspension dude. New shocks and springs and all that will alter things quite a bit.

I was down at Rotechniks recently on a mission to find some interior plasticky bits and took the opportunity to look underneath TWiR while she was on the hoist. It looks reasonable under there all things considered, front and rear mounting points could do with wire brushing and POR-15 (fronts have been welded at some point), some bushes look quite recent (rear ARB bushes) and others look VERY second hand so I'm starting to collect replacements for the worst ones.

The watts link is frozen solid and there was a mismatched pair of shocks on the rear. I say was because I have now replaced those with a new pair of KYB Gas A Just. Rusty bolts aside, the worst part of that job was removing the trim to get to the top mounts as you always find that someone elses bodge means that it won't fit back together properly. The removed shocks turned out to be a similar KYB in remarkably good order (a good spare) and a black Tokico with a still reasonable amount of fight left it.

The flexible brake lines could do with updating as well. Does anyone know if we can still get these from Mazda??

The exhaust...... turns out that it consists of Janspeed headers and back box but the center section has been replaced with some ill fitting thing which is blowing at both ends due to different sized tubing. I've done a temporary fix (which no one will ever see a photo of) and am not looking forward at all to the cost of replacing the system

These are getting hard to find but I can probably do you a pair, assuming it's coarse thread you need.
