... Oh my... that takes me back a few years! Thanks for taking the trouble to post those. Nice to read about B677 and also the Le Mans 99 article I wrote, even with my unfortunate, drunken mug shot... ahem! But, yes, as it happens I was rather partial to Hoegaarden back then... good times

Hi Terri,
welcome to the forum..... it's nice that members of the old rx7 club are still keeping the faith and interested in the cars!
an interesting article there Dave from your collection.... any more from back in the day?

I have quite a few articles kicking around - but they are well buried in my garage unfortunately. Soon as I can dig them out, i'll share

Yeah, I think I read somewhere else on this forum that once you're bitten by that rotary bug (particularly with first gens!) then there's no going back!

i really enjoyed reading your story Terri, sounded like some adventure you had in your fb.
the wing must have stuck some abuse to be repaired twice, but all credit to your dad being able to fix it.
love to read more of your fb adventures

				Thanks Spoddy!
Yep, B677 has definitely been a big part of my life. When I wrote articles for the RX7 OC, it was back in the old days where I took printed pages into the printers and actual paper photos for them to turn into the newsletter. Wish I had the electronic articles still. If this weekend's weather disappoints (which it usually does, let's face it!) then that's a good excuse to see what I can find in the garage

aye, you should try and hunt through the garage and see what you can find.
i just enjoyed how you wrote the articles as could visualize the looking between the skoda and the rx7 lol
but wow the parts were expensive in the 90's from the dealership. but when i think about it nothing has
changed when a CAT for my rx8 from mazda is £1200, and you can buy an rx8 for that now.
good luck in your treasure hunt.

				Glad you enjoyed the articles!

I have trawled through the garage but no joy yet. Surely I must have some old articles somewhere... trouble is, it's so hard to stay focused on looking for stuff when you find so much other cool stuff buried away!! Dug out an original Mazda rotary compression tester from the 70s I would guess, a few old rotors and housings... hehe
