I guess those pics were taken some time ago?
Looks to good to be written as 'Spares or Repair'?

I know the number though, I think it appeared in MRC magazines some years ago. I do need my files to check it out.
Home later this week.

I don't think they are old photos Dave... it can be seen in the background of his other cars for sale and in the same location too..... probably just spares or repair as it's got no ticket on it and needs some work.

It does look good. I'd be taking a punt if I was in the market.

Grey interior too. No brown or red.

take off the commission and she'll have come out with about £1600 ... assuming it hit it's reserve.

Yeah, I went to see it about 2 years ago when it first came up and offered her 2250. Mind you in was missing the new additional dent and rust around the wheel arches then. Either way, someone's got a bargain with a little work to do.

I am keeping a close eye on the green S3 on ebay and have asked the guy how much to deliver it as I don't have a trailer and am hoping to persuade my wife we need a near copy of the one I am currently trying to put back on the road either as the next project or if it is too rough in the flesh as a spares car! Watch this space.

Not a new spot after all. Found it in my Series 2 files with a big query against whether it's S2 or S3.
Reason for that it was on Gumtree last year but in Northern Ireland (hence 'SIJ' which I think is Co Down). But it had an S2 interior in the ad.
The engine was a Pinto as well so I figured that major work had gone on to change engine and the running gear. Also the reg date is just at the end of S2.

Now relocated to Surrey area.......if the owner reads this please lets have more pics......I'm sure we're not going to get stressed out by a good conversion.
