Was a great day out. Quite an achievement to get all those rotas in a line and in one place. I've only ever seen one elford at a time so to see several was a real treat. There were the usual puzzled faces around Tool's timewarp RX2 and also amusing to see the crowd around Nik's FD because carburetors were too hard to understand ;)
I didn't get to say hi to everyone but did get to see the full rotary lineup which was epic. Spent a good chunk of time wandering about with Nik and Jojo which was educational in itself. We also found a rather epic burger vendor with the appropriately named Walsh Burger and timed our purchases to perfection just before they ran out of burger patties
Roll on next year ... really want to do the hill once TWiR is fixed. :)

great pics guys, felt like i was there lol.
some very nice examples of fb's, never seen so many together and old skool classics.

very annoying what happened to james on the way home. but the climb looked good and your car looks great in the snaps.
glad you all had a good day out, have to get over some time, maybe hitch a ride with raymond in his s2 next time if i can
talk him into it.

Nik, I don't know if you were checking out the Cosmo, but it looked massive heading off down the road.

Loved it.
Back in the UK for the summer, maybe longer......

We need TWiR in the line up next year Dave, along with A7RXY and Safka...............and if we can coax Dave down from Hovis land, then we'll have a line up!

Proper good day out..... did anyone get a video of that FC going up the hill?
All our cars were winners yesterday h[b[ with many admiring lookers on.

Mr Jobsworth marshall also went on to check others for tickets as well (me included), he was definitely an "I'm in charge - I'm in charge" (what an *rse)

Yes Ian, I managed a short video of the FC so I'll post it (when I find out how to did it)

some really tidy fb's, the green elford especially. good weather too. that ticket guy sounded like a right barrel of laughs.

I don't know what the official times were but from where I was standing, that FC and the black sierra cosworth looked like the two quickest things. James gets the award for best noise though 8-) s(c)

I thought the FC had the edge on speed, the FC definitely for loudness but James for the rotary th:
