Thanks. I think most people could do what I do, if they applied themselves, but I enjoy it. I thrive on it.

I am concerned about airflow behind the fans, I need to build those radiator mounts, I need to get the a/c core in there, and I need to make enclosures so the air doesn't escape over or around the radiator rather than through it. You might try a 15-16 inch radiator, but I'm convinced this can still cool somewhat better.
