My 323F has a list of 140 modifications, all declared to the insurers - they did ask if I could shorten the list, but I said if I declare it, you have to insure it, if I miss something, you could end up not paying a claim...so they suffered the full list

Sitting here with nothing going on, I just had a look at Mytyres for your P-Zero Assimetricos - a snip at £237 plus fitting.......

The most interesting thing was when looking at the customer ratings in TyreTest.com - these Pirelli's have by far the best dry grip and braking scores I have ever seen awarded! - and on the other hand by far the worst scores for grip in the snow.....

I should park up until summer comes if I were you.

Digging up an old thread as it tyre time. Stock S3 rim. The selection of 205/60r14 is still small. Current picks seem to be Khumo Escta and Nankang NS2. I read somewhere that the car actually handles better on 195/60r14 with better steering feel? There is a wider selection including some Continentials premium contacts. Any thoughts?

Can you get Proxies and Bridgestone in 205/60r14 in Germany? They only come in 195/60r14 here.

Kumho do come in 205/60r14 but I believe they are Koren

I have Nexen CP 641 205/60 R14's on mine. They seem to hold the road well in the dry but as I don't drive mine in the wet I don't know how they would perform. Let's put it this way they are 100% better than the 15 year old Dunlops that were on there.

205 60 14 aren't on the list of tyres becoming available.

You'd be better off going 195/60/14 anyway. The stock wheel is only 5.5in wide so the 195 has less lateral roll.

They are awful in the wet. Cold + wet + hard compound = Ditchfinder.
