Hi welcome,
Don't try to restored it too much, like searching for mazda parts alone . have a look at Ford/Dustan/Toyota for axile, gearbox, front steering/suspension that will fit in with wee modify.

Have a build back to standard look, beware of put the TWR body kit on and it will make POP look like lemon....

Enjoy it and more important to put mazda rotary back on the road.

Im currently in negotiations with a gentleman in scotland for a new old stock axle thats not been used.

Hopefully that pulls through.

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about Tim.... Thats the place to go, much easier, quicker and safer to buy a complete 2nd hand unit off him complete with diff, halfhafts, bearings etc than to risk buying a new casing that may or may not fit and then have the hassle and expense of building it up.... RX Motors are very reasonable and helpful.
Forget about bodging a Ford axle etc into the car, it will devalue it and cause a load of unneccessary work and grief

Ford axles generally are to narrow for the 7. Even the Atlas is narrower than the FB axle, sound advice Ian.
