Please don't be too hard on Thomas. His English grammar may not always be the best but he only ever has the best of intentions. And I'm not sure if the Germans understand sarcasm either. (The English are legendary sarcasm adopters).

I too, shall give you for considering the RB exhaust upgrade. Thats another mod which falls on it's face with RHD. The steering box fouls the RB header as the design is LHD specific. We can't use to RB Holley either as the brake booster gets in the way

The upaide here is that UK law doesn't require the FB to run the smog gear so we can discard that, lose some weight and gain some horsepower

KiwiDave, no issue on my end. You may be right about the sarcasm, my girl is German and been in this country over 20 yrs. Still not sure whether or not i'm serious sometimes. Where i live emissions laws are very strict,both in physically having all oe smog equipment on car and passing exhaust emission tests. It is better nowadays as the cars used to have to do an IM240 test on a dyno,always a source of stress as i don't care much for others to operate my car, especially a minimum wage dimwit. I have retitled the car with historic plates which means no more bi-annual emissions testing, but am limited in how much mileage i can put on the car annually but doesn't bother me much. The winters around here,with all the junk put on the roads means the car usually doesn't come out from November to about mid-April. The RB exhaust will happen,but need to keep all removed in case the smog laws change or i happen to move to another state with different laws. Again,never considered this mod would only work with LHD. Surely someone over there must make some custom exhaust pieces that would work on your car(s) Not using the RB holley setup is not as bad as you think, had that system on an 82 GSL. By the time i got it dialed in,had spent a shi*ton of money on it and while it made real good power you could not make hard turns or brake hard without sputtering,bogging and sometimes stalling. Not exactly a 100% upgrade. Am jealous that you have no emissions program to deal with.

First I love and respect them all:
The original Rx7 (for example Pete Rx7)
and the modified Rx7 ( myself,Lucky,Ian,...)
In Germany you will find some extremly original fetischist looking at every screw they can find "not original".
Searching and you will ever find parts and things they are not original.(Tires,Battery,license plate and so on)
Where is the line will be the different interpretation of different People.

By the way i like your tuning parts for optimizing the Rx7.
Normally i can help me to understand whats my opinion with pictures.

Belated welcome to the Forum, that's what makes it great, we all have different feelings about what we do to our cars some like mine are mostly original & others are rebuilt from the ground up, it is also nice to follow the threads on rebuilds & many of the modifications to improve our 30+ year old cars.
I would be interested based on your Mazda experience which Spark Plugs you use and found to be best for an unmodified 12A?
