Is white the original colour of this car as the doors appear to a reddish colour (indy maroon) under the white.

Last job when it's all restored.......print that selfie and leave it under the carpet in that plastic case together with that old guy's pic. You owe it to him....
Do I have your car on my register? Can't make out much of the reg number.

What are your plans for that car? Just restoration?
Looking at those pics, car actually looks pretty good. No rust.

Doors are completely gone and the front wings are too so need replacing.
Are all 1st gen doors and wings the same throughout all series.
Plan is to restore completely to factory condition

Front wings are unique to S1, doors are interchangeable in the respect that S2/S3 doors will fit but you won't have the loom in place for power windows which all our S2/S3 are equipped with. Not sure if you can swap the manual window mechanism over to the later doors....
I'm assuming you S1 doesn't have power windows anyway.

Very nice work to-date.
You are very lucky with this Sa version as not many left and to have one which appears to be very sound main bodily condition is brill.
Do I see a sunroof too ? If so factory or after market ?
Not sure if the Sa had door electrics.
Keep up the good work.
