Hi Ian,

The Rally of Japan car IS a genuine MRTE car look at the door, it is fibreglass, you can tell because it is rounded where the steel door isn't, the hubs are different too. Also clearly shown is the fuel filler in the rear quarterlight.

You can see on the other No 9 car (Fabian's), that it has steel doors and a std RX dash with instrument cowl, where the works cars had a flat fabricated dash.

right, got you..... I thought that photo was another of the replica..... shows how hard it is to tell from a quick glance at a photo

I've never had any interest in the rally cars so know nothing about them...... I'll learn from you guys who do know about them
