could you not get it on the insurance? usually its £50 towards the screen and they cover the rest.
but they seem to crack on fb's, as two i've went to see had cracks along the A pillars parallel to the wind screen wiper
or near the tax disc if its the passenger side.

in fact an fb i might be buying (sshhhh don't tell anyone) has a cracked screen, but the owner is getting it replaced.
so i hope it gets sealed well etc.

they usually crack due to rot in the windscreen pillars underneath the satin black pillar trims

yeah i heard that, its just a few screws that holds the pillar covers on, so you can easily remove and check for the rot etc?

there's one screw at the base of each pillar trim but the trims are also fastened on with plastic clips that always snap when you try to remove the trims.

I've been thinking that TWiR should get out more.... what with all these new suspension bits and pieces. So recently, there was a 'Mazda on Track' event at a little circuit not too far away :D

TWiR wants new running shoes for Xmas now!! And I should also thank RedArrow Leader for prep assistance and rescue.

Great Pics there Dave. Thanks.
Particularly the one under the Brands Hatch overhead - one to keep forever and treasure.

If you are the BannerMaster, then I shall leave that to your fine taste sir :D It will go from one natural habitat shot to another.

I'd quite like to frame that one actually.... I'm lucky that she takes a half decent photo!
