Re: My fourth RX7
Love a white FC
I think we need to see some details of the dirty bits
Underside, inner arches, engine ... since I'm working on my less than mint FC pictures of a car as clean as yours would make me happy

Re: My fourth RX7
Hi Rich.
There is no rust. original paint. the engine bay needs some work but only superficial cleaning. Underside is clean and no rot whatsoever. The interior is unmarked.
When I can get the pictures downloaded from Imgur I will elaborate more

Left click on your Imgur photo, select BBCode then paste onto your forum post. The post then appears as a picture rather than a link.
When you upload your pics to Imgur, store them as hidden rather than public. That way, you are using Imgur as a storage facility rather than posting directly to the Imgur community.

Re: My fourth RX7
Hi All,
It looks like I will get my Black Elford back soon.
I am going to have to clear my garage to make room for it.
As a result I am going to have to sell my FC. To refresh your memories it is a white 1987 FC coupe n/a. It has done only 25018 miles and is unrestored with 95% original paint. There is no rust on the bodywork or on the underside. The interior is like new as is the engine bay. The previous owners had it for over 30 years from new. It is in fantastic condition and doubt there are many others to match it in the country. Two sets of wheels and tyres come with the car
This car is for keeping rather than modifying.
Let me know if anyone is interested .
I have just listed it on ebay

Re: My fourth RX7
My FC for sale on Ebay.
Took it for an MOT today and the tester couldn't believe I was selling it. Passed without advisories
Thought you might like to see the pictures which I never got too post myself on here.
Must admit to having some second thoughts...

Re: My fourth RX7
Been trying to sell my FC but just got loads of messers on Ebay with buyers running up the bid then dropping out, so frustrating.
I put it on CarandClassic and got a different response. Lots of genuine interest including buyers from New Zealand, USA, and Spain. The first person to see it came today and bought it at the asking price, they couldn't believe how great the car is. The buyer is 19 years of age but it is his dream car and wants to keep it in original condition.
I should get my Black Elford back in the next 2 weeks otherwise the restorer will be arrested for theft.
So that is one space taken in my garage. The other space is for my second FB (also an Elford) which I bought last week and was due to delivered last Thursday but the trailer truck broke down the night before. I now expect it to be delivered at the end of the week. I would never have got rid of the FC if the opportunity to but this other Elford hadn't arisen, still not sure if I made the right decision but i can't go back now. Don't know why I need to Elford's...
I will post some photo's when it gets here
