Does you have to change your wheel offset cause the BBK reconstruction giving your wheel another position.

Re: 84GSLSE 13BREW Swap build
nope.. the weel offset changed due to going 17s and wider.... the BBK I made uses my factory hub... I turned the disc part off of it allowing my to use a slip on rotor for from a 2nd gen... TBH I misread a post online that was meant for making the kit for a 2nd gen series 4 to a series 5 4pot setup... http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/4lug4potbrakes.htm.. actually I guess maybe a little bit as you have the added thickness of a rotor on the hub face.. so.. .200" outwards maybe less
I had been searching for BBK kits for a 1st gen and came across this site... in my excitement I totally missed the finer details.. hahah
There is a guy who has remade a BBK kit that went around a few years back and is now selling them.. but the kit (not including calipers and discs and pads) is around $400... he does sell them for small spindle setups too...
My whole kit cost me around $250 and thats because I had a major brain fart and milled the tabs on teh first set trying to figure out offset, only to have it occur to me if I had to replace a caliper Id be screwed... so I bought a 2nd set... first set cost me $80 and 2nd set about $100...
now of course once I figure out if it all works correctly once it is on the road I may tweak it some and produce the setup.... maybe.. probably not as I am not sure I want the liabilty...
