Guys like this selling duds but making them sound like a rare gem give these beautiful cars a bad name. I think if there is a 7 out there someone on here will know something about it so thanks for sharing your knowledge! 0-0
yeah, the trouble is Dean that someone who's always fancied one of these cars but doesn't know much about them gets taken in by this blokes spiel, then ends up with a dog and becomes disenchanted with it. They then end up selling it on and forever more tell people "I had one of those Mazdas, it was crap".

it's not all bad news though Dibs, it has got a 'STEAL EXHORST' and a 'STERIO'

joking aside, it does look like a nice car and has obviously had money spent on it....... but £3700 is a big ask in the current market... it might make it's starting bid of £2400 though.
Doesn't say if it's mot'd?

How does porting a 12a rotary engine increase it's capacity to 5 litres?..... surely the capacity is what it is? On a piston engine you can bore it out or increase the stroke to raise the cc, but I can't see how porting a 12a would do that... all you're basically doing is gas flowing it aren't you?

I read that bit about 'ported till its 5000cc' bit and laughed. I guess that shows the general publics level of understanding of how the rotary actually works!

If I paid someone for any type of engine work, I'd want to know what I'm paying for..... if you gas flow a head, what's going to be the benefit?.... if you bore it out, what's the increase in cc & power?.... if I have a rotary ported, what's it going to achieve?
I wouldn't hand over any dosh until I was straight in my own mind what I was getting.

Says Power 500 in the ebay specifics. So there you are, why bugger about triple rotoring etc.

It's also got a ding on the offside behind the door. (I thought I could see something out of shape in the pics).

Been SORNed (on previous ad and again now) so I think no MOT..........

I give up trying to predict sold prices.

Can think of 2 silver fb's sold at both ends of the scale, both were rotters.

1 silver fb was sold for £36.87 approx

1 silver fb was sold for £2450 with rusty arches & front valance.

I don't think the black fb will sell at the starting price in todays market, maybe next year!
