Seems you will have more fun with toyo kokyo then VW as i can see your torque curve h[b[

It'll take 200hp, maybe 250hp. Basically it'll take most NA 2 rotors.

Depends how brutal you are.

Axles are the weak link. Get a Torsen and some 26 spline axles made. Thatll be much stronger.
Back in the UK for the summer, maybe longer......

I was told the diff will take in normal temperature range max torque between 400-500 nm.
So you push it to higher Temperature you should cool them down with a oilcooler and 12V oilpump.

Or weld an extra reservoir into the housing.

You'll still be stuck with small splines and small axles though and cooler oil won't save the diff and axles.

Depends of the weight of the car and grip of the tires also Andy. Don't forget the more lightweight "cud" s1 produce wheelspin before destroy the axle . FC and Fd are more heavier.
