My 2pence worth......I'll put HPK on the database as a probable scrapper. It's a parts car to my eyes.
Thanks very much for a new spot though.
DVLA gives the date of 1st reg as 1987. So for a series 2 car it really has to be an import from somewhere else.

Apparently that car is complete.
