Hey Chris, the fb has a certain charm to it I think, I do like the look of your mx5 as well, especially the new aero mods :)

Hi

If you cannot find an FB and want a rotary engine car then you could try an FC or even a decent rx8. Best going for a lower mileage rx8 as less wear on the apex seals and buy the proper engine oil/filter. They are really nice to drive and all the mod cons. Understand if it's a classic you want, just beware of rust on the FB.

I do like the look of the FC as well as the FB, I might be going to look at one that is on ebay at the moment.

TBH, FC's a lots better car than a FB on better handling, power, strong classic, suspension and what ever kind of engine you want to put in it. 13B EGI's very good engine and turboII's good too.
The aftermarket parts for it is plenty everywhere, wheels, suspension, etcc. can order new parts in UK which FB don't have it.

When I brought the FB, it was very much rust free car , bit disappoint with myself cos I canna do anything with it wisely and only to drive it cool upon the road. it is too good to mess it up.
If I buy another one again, I will go for a FC or FD model or use FB for racing only.

FB or FC's no different and both are rust bucket cars like many another's and very cheap to buy.
Choose wisely and let your head tell you and not your heart.
