OK, so Pete and I are planning to join the 30+ Rotary convoy th:

It's a short trip, but in previous years it has get some interesting looks, and smiles, from other motorists and pedestrians along the way. Especially as one of the convoy cars stopped to temporarily block a roundabout to let us all go through together :D

James, Dave, are you both planning to meet at the RV point or making your way direct to Beaulieu?

The club will have a couple of gazebos, so bring a camping chair if you want to have a rest in the shade.

And bring a mug for hot drinks, if you'll be wanting any!

  It's been there a few hundred years, I'll bet it'll stay up a little bit longer ;)

Gwyn and I will most likely rock up in my RX-8 as I'm not happy with the 12" electric fan being able to keep the FB engine cool in the event of an extended traffic jam. Plus, I'm not sure Gwyn would be happy with no A/C in this heat. No problem if we're moving, but if we get caught in a jam, and I have to switch the heater on to cool the engine.............

Good news is, a 16" SPAL fan arrived today ;) I've tested the fit OK, but I won't have time to construct the bracketry in time for Beaulieu.

Let's hope the forecast changes! So unlucky after many weeks with no rain :(

Say a prayer before bed, and ask that it comes in early and passes during the night.
