One for Det. Sgt. Nock

Post by Lucky » Sun Jul 12, 2015 3:38 pm

Just saw this in a thread on Retro Rides. I've never even heard of Caister Castle, apparently it's somewhere out in the swamps http://www.caistercastle.co.uk/cms/index.php Guy paid a visit when he was on holiday and posted some photos from there. Couldn't help but notice this

and wondered if it's on The Register?

No Nik, never come up on screen before.

Surprising since I guess it's on public display every day, especially in summer months
A great spot though and duly noted at Caister.

I assume Reg really is RFW 1W since it's not found on DVLA. (That doesn't mean it is or it isn't though).
I believe the reg suffix FW was a Gainsborough - Lincolnshire area issue originally.

Thanks mate.

And when do I get to be a DI?

If Gene Hunt / Morse / Barnaby can push their corpulent frame about in flash cars on TV why can't I be an armchair DI?....... V(o
Even Columbo is a senior cop and he's only got one good peeper......

that was basically equivalent to an inspector............ Columbo should have had a rank all of his own to honour his genius .

If he uses his FB in the new series for work, it will certainly push their value up.
