If you have deleted the OMP, your mix should be 100-1 , if not then 400-1 should suffice.

Synthetic seems to be the popular choice if the OMP has been deleted but mineral won't hurt either.

I run this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fuchs-Silkole ... 540687f582

with an OMP at a 400-1 mix. I use this particular flavor as it's castor based so has a smell that's similar to the old school Castrol R from way back in the day. 8-)

As always, other opinions readily available

I use Millers Sport KB2T, castor based.

I like the 'Sport' sound in the name because then I can go down my local high street at 35mph instead of 30mph, and I know my engine is fully protected against my arduous driving conditions.....

OMP still in place.
