Will a 13b engine, 5speed rx8 box and carbon propshaft fit
Hi, I am looking to fit a running, 13b fd3s engine with a rx8 5speed box and carbon propshaft, into my FB. I have a series 2 1983, and was hoping someone could tell me if the propshaft would fit my standard diff please? Its a turn key package, so should drop in the engine bay. Its the rx8 shaft size i am worried about, people say its longer than the rx7s.
Thank's again Dave

Hey guys thanks for getting back to me, and thanks for the info. but i am still unsure about the project. I guess mounting the engine is easy enough, as to all the information out there. But i just can't seam to find anyone who has mounted the rx8 box to the series 2!
I guess the only way is to buy the thing and have a go!!!
Nice one Dave!!

From a quick google it looks like the fc box is a better choice as its stronger. But as with most things on the fb it will be trial and error as theres not alot of info on rx8 into fb swaps.
