Re: Help please, S3 track width

Cheers, I thought the Std wheel on an S3 was 5.5, It seems I'm mistaken  I'm going to try rolling and pulling the arches first, then different offsets if that fails ;)

Re: Help please, S3 track width

I think I'll have to invest in an arch roller. Although I've been informed using a phone book can work haha. I'd definitely use a heat gun for arch work. Re: Teenager with an S3

The dark picture was at twotwenty, the others were at a meet at strensham services. It would be good to get them both together at a meet Jesse :) I don't think it's mint at all, the pictures must be making it look a bit prettier  so shiny bits came. http://i1049.photobucket.com/albums/s390/jame...

Help please, S3 track width

Hi guys, hopefully someone can shed some light. My car is an S3 with vented rotors. After seeing pictures of other FBs I ordered some 15x8 et0 wheels. They poke more than expected, so I'm wondering if the track is narrower on S2 GSLs? As far as I know the strut/ suspension is the same, so I (probabl...

Re: Teenager with an S3

A Teeny update, fitted up the NGK leads, cheers for the link :D and got rid of the dangly fog lamp, used a LED bulb in the driver's side reverse light. Oh and got the aerial working. I've ordered some shiny bits too... 8-) Boring post so some pics  http://i1049.photobucket.com/albums/s390/jame...

Re: Teenager with an S3

To get it on the road the brakes needed freeing off and skimming and new pads. All new fluids, Painting and prettying some things here and there. Filters changed. Also I've had a bit of a nightmare with Ignition, replaced Ignitors and I need Ignition leeds I think. New plugs. Other jobs like interio...
