Front end of the car is cleaned and repaired where necessary. Layer of epoxy sprayed on to it, ready for the next step.

Well Adrian, all these works are very time-consuming as you will know. sheetmetal is not expensive, but labor is, and there is the problem if you have to pay some one else to do the work for you. Everything is made by hand with basic tools, some are selfmade. Hamers, pieces of pipe, pliers, snips, a...

Just as rotten like mine is. I Will post the repair works i'm doing this week in a few days time. Just have to make all panels by hand, a lot of hammering and welding!

Very sad to read this. Last year some dude broke in to my storage, stole my Mazda 1800 and a lot of parts and tools. luckily somebody found the 1800 for sale a few months later. Reported it to the police, but nothing happend quickly, paperwork...so we took a flatbed, drove over there, and repossesse...

Hi there! I know it has been a while i had an update. Due to other things in live, there was'nt much time spend on the RX7 lately. Rear axel has been redone, new bearings and seals, and a respray ofcourse. All the rusty parts of the underside are gone now, just some final welding and clean-up. http:...

as now, in the picture, the fan has no use. It only cools the piece of the radiator on which it is mounted. You must have a guide for the air around the entire radiator. several fans will therefore be needed. It is better to place 1 or 2 larger ones. check if they blow or suck air!
